Culinary Creds: Reflecting a diverse range of hotel, resort and restaurant catering expertise, Chef Adams offers more than 23 years of hands-on experience, including as executive Sous Chef at establishments such as the renowned five-star, five-diamond Boca Raton Resort and Club, and UN Plaza Park Hyatt Hotel; freelance chef and food stylist on television’s Food Network, where he worked alongside famed personalities such as Colin Cowie, Emeril Lagasse and Matthew Kenny; Executive Chef at Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs, one of New York’s most prestigious off-premise catering companies specializing in creating sumptuous events through production kitchens in both Manhattan and the Hamptons; and Executive Chef at Manhattan’s Canard Inc., where he conceived and implemented events—both small and large—for guests who numbered from six to 2,000.
