I can’t thank you enough for contributing to our Daughter’s perfect wedding day.  We received so many compliments about your food that I felt I needed to share them with you.  Your passion for food is so evident as is your attention to detail.    

During the cocktail hour, our friends and family began by telling us how much they enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres.  Not only were the appetizers plentiful but the presentation was appealing and unique. 

 As you know, the bride and groom had requested two items that were not on your menu and you created two distinctive appetizers that were delicious and delighted them and our guests very much. 

 The entrees turned out to be an event in itself.  The plates were served quickly and at first glance, I had no doubts that a delicious experience was about to begin.  Again, you didn’t let us down.

 I certainly can’t leave out the after dinner desserts.  Again, bravo.  Where do I start?  You offered a variety of desserts from skewered fruit to chocolates.  We choose a variety so everyone would find something they would enjoy and that’s exactly what happened.  No one was disappointed. 

So often during the evening I wanted to peek in to see how you were doing but never got the chance.  Jim told me he did pop in and was very impressed at your organization and hands on approach.  Thank you for being on premises and creating the delicious dishes.Your staff was extremely professional and we noticed that everything ran efficiently and flawlessly from setting up, serving and last, clean up.
